Why sign up for an account? Once you sign up you will have the ability to register for specific events within the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services online or by fax or phone. You will receive e-mail reminders about your registered events and, following the event, be able to "rate" your satisfaction with the event. Sponsors will also have the ability to order events.
